Irrational anxiety

I have a fear that my mother will die and I have a fear that I will have no friends or family and become terminally ill with no family support. I suppose this is what is meant by "irrational anxiety".

My DSM diagnosis is:

Axis 1: MDE with irrational anxiety
Axis 2: Deferred
Axis 3: Healthy
Axis 4: Psychosocial
Axis 5: GAF 60-70
