Tabitha, please do write about it. I relate most closely to what Peg wrote at this point. I'll try to contribute something to this thread, but I am cautious because I am right in the middle of what I see as a worst possible outcome to what I thought was one of the best, healthiest relationships of my life and now it is awful beyond words.....so I *know* I may be biased...

{sigh} It's so hard and confusing. One day I wish I'd never heard of psychodynamic psychotherapy and especially never met particular therapists, and the next day I do see the potential value in it, maybe down the road with **lots** of distance and time...?

{shrug} Mostly I'm lost about what to think of the whole topic.


MDD (presently in complete remission); ADD-Inattentive type; mild anxiety (not fomally dx'd)

Meds: Strattera 80 mg q day
