I wish I knew what to say. Your post sounded so sad and painful and oh no here I go AGAIN. Hang in there. Since your T cannot handle direct SI talk could you try talking about the intent of your actions? ( I want to say something about your T but I don't think that would be helpful.)

Try recognising the patterns and triggers.

Gee I really want to be helpful. Keep reminding yourself that there are people out there who care.
