I find that I am thinking about the person, and it's not generally a thing that I'd be doing often, and then they call, or I see them. It happens with dreams too. I will dream about the person first and see them. It's happened with people I barely know. No reason to dream about them, then I'll see them.
I don't think I'm psychic :-)....but I think my brain is "funny"
