I don't know about you, but with me the OCD flares when I'm stressed. So DBT could help with that. I think the detachment that DBT teaches could help with stepping back from the OCD thoughts as well.

It's not as direct as exposure and response prevention, but I can see where it would be helpful. And maybe this is the best time to do it, when the OCD isn't overwhelming.
