First of all, I am very sorry that as a child you were not taken seriously when you said you explained your behavior at times as being based on the fact that you were fearful of others vomiting or getting sick around you. That must have been very hard to live with. Secondly, you have to have a talk it out session with your T about his asking you to research a treatment plan for you. He is asking you, a lay person, to come up with a treatment plan. I find that unacceptable. Some would even say it is unethical. Like me!
