Only get along with women

Hy everyone. I am a male, but I only get along with women. I don't know why. I only feel understood by them. While I think that most men ingore me.
Unfortunately, this is bringing too many problems in my professional life, since I work in the aviation field. Needless to say that men outnumber women by far in this activiy.
Does any man can relate to this?
By the way, I am totally straight.
