My t/pdoc does not give any salutations in email that I know of. I've only had a few emails with him, though, and they didn't get into personal stuff. There is, at least some of the time, a boilerplate legal disclaimer (if this is received by someone other than the intended recipient...) that is longer than the message he writes.

Elizabeth, I note that your wording left it unclear what your t uses. Are the listed examples terms you _wish_ your therapist used, or does s/he use them? If it's a wish, I understand your wish for something more personal as the ending; I wish for it, too.
