Hi Kenneth,
It sounds like you really really loved your time in London.
Since you were looking into going there, I'm wondering if that's what your heart really desires & if there's something that is keeping you from going in that direction.
Just a thought. If it were me in this situation, I suspect there'd be a "gremlin" hiding, whispering to me things like,
"YOU - study in London, give me a break!""You can't just up & leave - leave your family/friends/teachers/colleagues/people who've been-there-for-you; believed in you; supported you"
"You don't deserve to be that happy/successful/inspired/.....etc"
I wonder if your heart is talking to you & your circumstances are making it hard for you to have time to listen to it & therefore you're reacting in ways that seem to require medication, but maybe don't at all (or at least not long-term).
I say, look at your dreams; try to discover what really excites you & then go for it! If you need some counselling/therapy to help you through this it'd be well worthwhile. Maybe someone who could Help you work through making a decision, rather than just telling you you need to make one.
warm thoughts to you, Kath
