your body rejected them?? Like a liver transplant? If you are severely depressed, the treatment recomendation will be meds and therapy.

Um....sorry, see a real doctor. You need a referral to a good psychiatrist. Perhaps you had problems with some SSRI? Maybe you need to something else? There are LOTS of options.

And start working really f'ing hard on CBT...at least that what I think works for depressive thinking. Try the age old book, "Feeling Good" by David Burns. (bob - i even tried to link and it didn't find it! of all books!)

Maybe askng your T to help you with the CBT work? CBT ain't for everyone. It helped for me. Even if you need to do trauma work, it helps to do CBT first..imo.

Wooping depression is like having a second job.

Anyhow this stuff helps me not give up.
