any suggestions?

I tried anti depressants but my body rejected them , I had a violent reaction and my doctor told me to get off it. Now severely depressed and unable to get help from meds I turn to alcohol. Talk therapy is way to slow and just doesnt gain any momentum. In a meanwhile I am deteriorating with an exponential rate - does anyone have a suggestion
