My therapist's sessions generally run from ten after till the hour. Or at least he's supposed to give me fifty minutes. Sometimes I have to remind him. If she habitually comes ten minutes late, maybe she'd be willing to change the official appointment time to reflect the reality so that you know what to expect, and get the full amount of time.
