Instead of her inviting me into her office, she stays with her friend (who's a therapist too) in the office to have sex with him while I read a magazine in the waiting room. Sounds crazy doesn't it? Well, a few weeks ago I thought I nuts to imagine that they could be doing it in that office, but yesterday I finally came to the conclusion that it was really happening.

You're sh*tt*ng me ?? If this is the US there's at least like 27 violations going on there if you actually saw or heard this going on.
I don't know... my therapist is on time... occasionally he has to switch schedules around because he forgets he has a meeting. He's one of the best therapists I've had, so I discount the fact that his scheduling can be a bit scattered.
I think ironically the more ill I feel the more on time I am to appointments and the more I wish I could continue when time ends.
C'est la vie et la vie marche...
But I'd certainly say to take it up with a therapist that, hey, we're a team and I'm on time -- how come you're not, etc... maybe there's a reason, maybe not.
As for your (Leo) therapist.... if you aren't "imagining" that they're having sex instead of having a conference chat (which is perfectly legitimate in a medical LLC, etc).... um... um.... well.... what do they say (not saying you are)... to interject some humour purely..."Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean it isn't true" :)
