I pick my audience, carefully.Yeah I'm afraid sometimes I pick mine too carefully. I guess as evidenced by the fact that I've only told 2 people. The one non-SO person I have told is someone who had been in therapy too, so I guess there's some kinship there...it definitely is easier to explain if you feel you are talking to someone who 'gets it.' But even then, it sometimes feels too scary...
