I am so sorry about what you're going through. If you can get to a GP -- just a general practitioner -- you might ask for an anxiolytic medication like Ativan, just to get you through this rough patch. Once you're on the other side -- and this may happen very quickly -- you'll likely feel well enough to revisit the therapy question and you might find that you don't necessarily need or want it. Honestly, I had terrible anxiety for the longest time and the only thing that really helped was Ativan. I also had a good response to Zoloft for anxiety.
