Um, actually I agree with AnnieRose.

I had bulimia/anorexia for many years. I had the most unhealthy relationship with food. I was in therapy for all issues, but I needed more.

So, I went to someone called a "nutritional therapist" ~ it was a women who specialized in nutritional issues, but discussed mindful eating, and other approaches. She was wonderful.
She also held groups. She was a therapist but focused on eating. She WAS NOT a nutritionist.

You might want to find someone like that. It really helped me discover triggers and ways to deal with those triggers through acceptance of myself and what I was putting in my mouth.

She was FABULOUS.
