I did that a couple of weeks ago. He'd asked me to come in in the afternoon instead of my regular time, and I came at the regular time anyway.

I was so embarassed when he came out to remind me, but then I thought "Hey wait! You're *here*! Was I bumped for someone else?"

:)

I'm glad it went smoothly.
