That's quite an accomplishment and I commend you.
I'm getting better at it as I get older and the wrinkles keep showing up in different places and I realize we only have a set amount of time here on Earth.
Sometimes it feels narcisstic to me, but that's because I trained myself to do exactly the opposite. It's so easy to do it for my kids, but not for me.
