...about myself.
It took training and time, but I decided (after living a lifetime of abuse, etc)...to re-train my thoughts, and NEVER say outloud anything negative about myself......because what we put into our heads stays there and affects us.
Sometimes it is SO tempting to join a conversation with women friends complaining about weight, etc...but i BITE my tongue and refuse to do it.
I also write down positive, nice compliments that people say to me.
I may be thinking something about myself negatively (can't help that), but I refuse to make it "real' by saying it out loud.
