What do you say?

When you're at work and you leave and come back to go see your T, where do you say you were?
I tend to sneak out alright, but when i come back, ppl. ask where I was. I usually say I was at a birthday party, but it's obvious that it's a lie. My schedule is flexible, so I'm not breaking any rules, coworkers are just curious. I could say i was at the Dr., but they'd get suspicious if i went to the dr. every week.
