Hi Lucie,
Sounds like an intense Friday. I see mine on Tuesdays and it's a torture to wait through the rest of the week, the weekend, and Monday to finally see him if I don't have a satisfying session. I don't know what "FS" is, but you mentioned your T's preoccupation twice. I know I feel hurt and disconnected when I find my T with a preoccupied look on his face. His disconnection makes me feel somewhat abandoned, and it turns me into a MESS.
Once we figured out it was his detachment that hurt me, he asked me to tell him when I felt it so that he could correct it. He rarely looks preoccupied now, and it's really cut down on phone calls and emails after our sessions.
You see yours twice a week? Is that a 50 min. hour? Must cost a fortune!!
