man I saw for therapy, for help, bless his heart, said that no, he'd never seen a therapist. I don't believe him, I didn't believe him then, and trust was Out the Window. Because even if it were true and he hadn't seen a therapist, he just blew his own medicine out the window and alienated himself.
Having said that, I realize I haven't asked my current therapist (I call her a therapist but she's a counsellor) ... if she ever gets counselling.
Should I? I know she's qualified, somehow I don't feel the need to ask.
So if I felt a need to ask me last therapist if he ever saw a psychologist, there must have been a good reason.
