Try not to read anymore. I find the more I read the more anxious I get. Keep the things close to you that calm you: a blanket, music, books, paper to write or draw on, whatever works for you. I like listening to different types of music. I have CD's with different sounds on them like the ocean, nature, rain, etc. I use aromatherapy a lot: incense, oils, candles, bath products,etc. Lavender is very relaxing. I have a mist with lavender and chamomile that I spray on my pillow every night. Chamomile tea is good for sleep, too. Just a few suggestions. Don't worry B2.
