well, i think that's the key. my problem was before i was listening to too many others and not my gut. i was so concentrated on "having to take it all the time once i restarted it", now if i can just take it PRN, i'm MUCH more likely to kick start it as needed. when i need it cuz i'll know that its not a permanant thing.

the only thing is now. i'm feeling so good i'm worried that if i stopped too soon it would spin me into manic so i'm gonna wait till i mellow a bit.
cuz i am feeling REALLY good this afternoon. and since my low was soooo drastically low, there's bound to be a pretty good up about now.

Risperdal didn't do much for me, but i wonder about abilify? have you ever tried that one? what are side effects like for that one. i was often thinking about trying abilify the next time i have a downslide. i was gonna see if pdoc would give me some samples to try that? or if abilify i could even use PRN like i can with zyprexa or if i would need to be on more like longerterm. but if it doens't have the weight issues i wouldn't mind being on longer term as long as it worked.

I do loves my AP also.
thanks D!

later
