Thanks Kath, I am not sure exactly. I was thinking about another thread to address how I am feeling. I did try the tapping. I think I need to keep trying since the feeling did not abate much. It is a deep deep hurt. One I am just now aware of that i covered up for years so I think it will take time not matter what I do to help me alleive it. I will keep trying the tapping though.
