That's wonderful!!!! Hang on to that, maybe even print out a copy of your post, for the times when it's not so great - we all have ups and downs in our sessions and times we think our T's don't hear us. It sounds like she finally heard you and like the relationship is workable, so hold onto this session to remind you of that when times get hard... since unfortunately therapy gets hard when we start being honest because it's hard to confront all those feelings.
