Got a phone call from my sister. Not only was it NOT helpful it stressed me out big time. I was doing pretty good. Huge triggers in a lot of what she said. After 45 min. I hung up on her. I couldn't take it any more.
I don't know how many days it will take to get back to where I was. One day off. I just wanted ONE DAY of peace.
