Update--possible trigger

Had a NOT great day at the doctor's. Went for a well woman check. The office staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. And there was a near disaster with the exam table. No more details. I will not be going back there.

Going to dentist tomorrow for a crown. Next week for a mammo, and all this is just prep for the big event. Still researching surgeons for that.
