Heavens - you didn't babble too much. I'm so glad you're posting about this Angela. it's inspiring - not that I have the same problem, but that sort of idea can be applied to various situations.

I like what your Mom said & your interpretation - not meaning you're going to try going to Alaska to bungee jump, right? to stretch just outside of your comfort zone. yay for you!
