Sorry you don't feel safe. I don't feel safe here at all and haven't for some time. I don't feel safe with any group, to be honest. I feel overwhelmed when I see all the posts here or else where. So, I just try not to look too much as my anxiety level goes up. Same elsewhere anymore. I hardly babblemail or email anyone anymore. Right now I am easily triggered and have recently had more problems with dissociating, and so I think it's best to just keep my communications mostly with people IRL close by and with T. There are a few people I am okay with emailing. One is my cousin in California, and there is a friend in NY as well as a few others.
