Just a suggestion : a hot bath and dim the lights or light one or two candles; the warm water should help with the tension in the body, and a bit of deep breathing with a warm cloth over your eyes as you try to empty your sight and mind of anxious feelings, try to let it drift to more peaceful visual images.
