In this case, they were notes about an urgent situation that arose, so they were mostly facts -- "spoke with husband; lots of frantic telephone calls" -- and there were just very brief notes covering several days worth of events. The notes from actual sessions were things like, "Asked for a 'light session' today, affect flat" -- very brief, and frankly I've forgotten the details. (I remember that one only because it made me remember that I did ask for a lighter session than we'd been having.) There really wasn't much to anything on the page she gave me to read.Probably why she chose that one... ;-)
