Do you not like the word switching?? I don't know what else to call it. We can use somethng different if there is one you like better. I don't really like the term either I know therapy makes it worse for me. You are right, i think they do get scared and then come out.
It is a scarey place to be. How you made much progress working on it?? I know it is a hrd one to deal with and can take a long time
