I appreciate the apologies, but to reinforce what was said earlier by posters, let's make sure to keep the civility guidelines in mind when discussing even difficult matters.

In addition, it is against board policies to pass on private information or identify posters. But Dr. Bob's ability to enforce that outside of babblemails and the board is indeed limited. So it is wise to limit the personal information you give others on or off board. It is probably wise to check the email addresses you use to send emails to fellow babblers for name or identifying information, etc. It might be a good idea to set up an anonymous email account at Yahoo or Gmail or Hotmail for emailing Babblers, if you choose to email, or even for registering at Babble.
I've sent Dr. Bob the link to this thread, and as always he has the choice to override deputy decisions. But in the meantime, please review the civility guidelines if needed, or choose a civility buddy, and post carefully.
