I'm really really sorry that you are having a bad day. Things are tough, but they will improve a little bit day by day.
Actually, this may be a really good time for you to practice describing how you feel.
One of the best things that I learned in therapy was to how to use words to express how I felt, ask for things I wanted and express myself when something made angry.
It is a skill and it can be learned. Try talking to your therapist about it.
