(((Scratchpad))) Sorry your day is crappy, too. It does suck, that putting one foot in front of the other BS. I don't think I'll ever not live in survival mode. I seem to be firmly planted there.

I'm afraid I won't be able to be at all clear with my T. The only thing I can manage is basically just what I've said here, today. I don't even know exactly what it is that has me feeling so badly. It's everything and nothing.
