I did dishes.
I doing laundry whites WITH bleach(don't do that much, hard on septic system), so they will come out gloriously white and crisp.
Then I tumble them w/fabric softener sheet and they will come from the dryer BEAUTIFUL, and it will be a satisfying sensory experience.
I gonna take dogs to beach. They be SO happy, so me too.
I do library. Get books to distract. Simple books.
I will FORCE myself to be around people.
I do good things.
I will smile kind, from my soul smiles to others, even if I don't feel like it, but I give it as a gift to others who struggle too, and I also benefit.
I will try to find nice things to say to others.
I will have bath tonite.
I will be thankful for the TONS of good that is in my life.
I will have a talk time for my 'people' tonite, in my journal, so they can feel heard.
These are coping things.
See me cope.
