Being what I will call dumped on at work is something I know far too well. Even if you don't have a job to go back to your employer will offer you continuation of your insurance through a program called Cobra. It won't be cheap, but it'll be the same coverage so you don't have to worry about switching doctors.
I hope your knees heal quickly and your T can come do in hospital and home sessions.
