Thank you Pat- good advice- i went to church and it helped. i need to schedule the surgery but i feel too overwhelmed now. i wish i could get myself together. it's a sad anniversary- i have trouble every year getting past it.
i feel so against seeing T- my t appt is always scheduled a different time every week. i wish T could help me- it upsets me more to go to t . Last week i thought that he hung up on me for days- i was so upset when i called- about something terrible that happened at work.It turned out that he didn't hang up on me- the cell phone just lost the call. i was so hurt for so many days that i can't see T now .
He's always so busy- need to find another T who has more time- i can't because it's too hard a time now.
