There was someone recently who had found provigil at a much lower price at some Canadian pharmacies. As I recall, it's now legal to buy prescription drugs from Canada. (Check on that, though, because I'm not 100% sure).
You might do some online searches. The person was named Kylenn (I think)-- a physician who seemed to have some issues with our economic system, among other things.
It wsa a recent discussion. Were you around at that point?
The info re: Provigil was in one of her earlier posts in the thread, which started on the meds board.
