She says these demons...these negative emotions, can be used to open the heart and become a path to enlightenment. And I don't think this view is just an idle philosophical

> warm regards, JakeJake, for me, it is definately not just an idle philosophical opinion. I experienced the release of facing the demons instead of running from them. Embracing them even. Then they are nothing. They are only something when denied.
