>Donna, I know what you are babbling about and I think it is right-on. The Jungians talk about owning your shadow. So do many Buddhists, like Pema Chodron. She says these demons...these negative emotions, can be used to open the heart and become a path to enlightenment. And I don't think this view is just an idle philosophical
