Hi Bent,
Take that walk and listen to music or a book on CD to help keep your thoughts from drifting into the negative zone.
It sounds like you're not sleeping much and I know from experience what that does to your thoughts. It's real easy to become very negative when you are awake all night. If it keeps up you might want to see a doctor for something to help you sleep.
