I can't remember what I've said in therapy

Posted by ClearSkies on June 2, 2006, at 12:53:42

I'm seeing my T every 2 weeks at the moment. However, maybe there's too much time between appointments as I can't always remember what we've talked about. It's a very selective amnesia. It's not like we're addressing really upsetting stuff, but I have a blank when I try to recall just *what* we talked about.

Anybody else?
