Oh, It's good to see you back posting! I have been praying for you. I tried for many years to just pray my way out of depression (I am BP2). When I finally went to see a Dr. I fought the idea of meds for a long time. It wasn't until rock bottom that I realized it was actually the answer to my prayers and that God was using the Dr. to help me. Sooooo, now I see a Dr., am on meds, and see a counselor as well. (I am even trying to get into an endocrinologist). While I'm not "done (are we ever?) I am WAY better than I was 5 years ago. What I am trying to say is, It is GREAT to have a positive attitude, but don't discount that God will use the very practical thingse before you to rescue you. Keep asking Him for support and go with what He provides.
