I do think an attiutute that supports success and wellbeing is important. I also recognize the my mind has been in such wretched states where that felt and seemed impossible.

I have had better success with changing my behavior (sometimes kicking and screaming all the way) to change my thoughts moreso than changing my thoughts changing my behavior. I'm not sure if that makes sense to anyone but me, but that's worked better for me.

I've needed outside help and support in getting to the good place I find myself today. While it was hard work for me, I could not have done it by my own sheer will.
