I only have my own experience.
I wasn't on meds, and I was mildly depressed and had moderate OCD during my pregnancy. A lot of it centered around the baby's health.
But after he started moving inside me, I found it a magic soother for my OCD. I'd sit and feel him move, and I felt fine.
