You use more than one deck of cards, and really need 4 or more players.
Shuffle all cards and deal them all out.
The first player places some number of cards face down in the center and says "2 Aces" (or however many they are putting down). The second person has to play 2's, the third 3's, etc. around the circle. You have to play at least one card on your turn.
If you don't have the cards that you need in your hand to put down, you lie and put some other card down. If someone else doesn't believe you, they say "I doubt it" and the cards you put down are turned over. If they are the cards you said they were ("2 6's"), then the doubter has to pick up all the cards in the middle. If you did lie (and the two cards aren't 6's, or there are not 2 cards), though, you have to pick up all the cards in the middle. The object of the game is to run out of cards.
