Today I felt better, but I started to wonder....is it better to feel more depressed and less anxious, or was it better when I felt more anxiety and less depressed? I like not having as much anxiety, but don't like feeling trapped in a funk.

(((fairywings)))

IMO, more anxiety and less depression would be better because you can work on the anxiety. Both are no fun : ( Ask your pdoc what he thinks about that... maybe you need more benzo with an AD to manage the side effects of it until your body gets used to it?
