I have to say that either option doesn't sound like much fun. I've heard that anxiety and depression tend to co-occur so that people who have trouble with one tend to have trouble with the other.

I'm not sure which is 'better'. Probably nice to switch between them a little... When the anxiety gets too much it is probably good to have a little 'I don't care', but when 'I don't care' gets too much it is probably good to have a little anxiety which tends to motivate.

I think it is probably something about finding a balance...
